Amanda Essery Co-Founder

Amanda is the ex-CEO and founder of Lovekins, a multi award-winning premium Australian women and baby care brand. She also serves as the managing director of Arafura Living, a sustainable health and wellbeing brand, and two-time finalist accolades in innovation and entrepreneurship from the University of Wollongong. A resident at the iAccelerate Innovation Hub (UOW); Amanda's passion lies in building businesses from the ground up and assisting others in achieving similar success.

With a distinguished career spanning two decades in banking and finance, Amanda's qualification as a fellow CPA equips her with a rare proficiency in financial analytics and performance reporting among brand founders. Her strengths include exceptional skills in relationship building and business development, which set her apart in the industry. Amanda is an expert in creating natural, organic, sustainable, toxic-free, and vegan health and personal care products, making her a leader in brand ideation, operations, and business growth.

Known for thriving on challenges, Amanda specialises in scaling brands and solving problems, always prioritising nurturing relationships along the way.

Martin Essery Co-Founder

Martin Essery brings over two decades of multifaceted experience in eCommerce, finance, project management, and engineering to the consulting arena. As a co founder of Lovekins Pty Ltd, Martin was instrumental in driving the company to an eight-figure revenue, earning multiple prestigious awards for the brand. His tenure at Lovekins saw him excel as both CFO/Strategic Director and eCommerce Director, where he implemented innovative digital marketing strategies, optimized customer experiences, and expanded the brand’s market presence.

With a solid foundation in technical skills, Martin is proficient in platforms such as Shopify+, Klaviyo, Zapier and WordPress, and is adept in coding languages like Python and JavaScript. His skillset is multifaceted, with expertise across a diverse range of disciplines, including supply change logistics, finance, operations and marketing. He holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Diploma of Project Management.
